Initial Comments:
An off-site follow-up survey conducted on October 27, 2021 found that Caring Hospice Services had corrected the deficiencies cited under 42 CFR, Part 418, Subparts A, C & D, Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a hospice state re-licensure and federal recertification survey completed on August 23, 2021.

Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 51, Subpart A. The deficiency was cited as a result of a hospice state re-licensure survey completed on August 23, 2021.
